Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/4 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet; drain.
    Remove from skillet.
    Melt butter in same skillet.
    Stir in flour; cook and stir 1 minute. Gradually stir in broth and half and half; cook until thickens, stirring constantly.
    Add seasonings and cooked sausage.
    Serve over hot homemade biscuits.
