Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 cup diced onion
    2 cups chopped celery
    4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
    1 can Kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Seer meat, onion, and celery in heavy skillet until red leaves meat.
    Place raw potatoes in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish; put meat mixture over them; next, put drained kidney beans over meat mixture.
    Dilute soup with water and pour over all. Season to taste.
    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
