Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Beat 3 eggs, cooking oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
    Mix in separate bowl zucchini and crushed pineapple.
    Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and baking powder.
    Mix together nuts and dates.
    To flour mixture, add nuts and dates. Stir into liquid mixture, then stir in pineapple and zucchini mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Make sure to line the bottom of greased baking pan(s) with waxed paper.
