Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts or 1 large fryer
1 stick margarine
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Boil chicken until done and tear into small pieces.
Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch baking dish, then pour over crushed Ritz crackers.
Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Combine soup and sour cream; spread over chicken.
Sprinkle cracker mixture on top. Cover with poppy seed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
