Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 jars baby food plums (junior size)
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and plums in bowl.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
