Butterfly Lamb Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 7 lb. meat (take bone out to butterfly)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard or 2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. dry rosemary
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 bay leaves
Preparation
-
Marinate overnight.
Barbecue on hot coals 7 minutes per side or 25 to 30 minutes over all, basting as you do, or until done.
