Apple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. soft shortening
1 egg, well beaten

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Pour in a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
