Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) can whole style corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Top with cheese, if desired, and bake for 10 minutes more.
