Egg Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    6 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    8 slices meat (bacon, sausage or ham), cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, arrange bread in pan (with crusts already cut off).
    In
    large bowl, beat the eggs;
    add remaining ingredients and
    your
    choice
    of
    meat.
    Pour over bread. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for
    40 to 50 minutes.
    Dish can be made the night before.
    Just cover and store in refrigerator.
