Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. corn meal
4 Tbsp. or less grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. melted butter
4 beaten eggs
1/4 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Mix the flour, sugar and corn meal. Add the lemon rind, lemon juice, butter, eggs and milk.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown and filling has puffed up all over.
