Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. nuts
    pineapple, crushed or sliced (6 to 8 oz.)
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; add brown sugar.
    Put a layer of nuts, then a layer of pineapple (drained).
    Make batter by mixing flour, eggs, sugar, baking powder, water and pineapple juice.
    Pour into skillet and bake 20 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Use heavy iron skillet.
