Broccoli A La Ritz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Ritz crackers
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 pkg. broccoli
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in water per directions.
    Drain.
    Roll crackers into fine crumbs.
    Melt 1/2 butter and add to crumbs.
    Melt other half with Velveeta cheese.
    Add this mixture to cooked broccoli. Put into greased casserole, alternating layers of crumbs and broccoli cheese mixture, ending with crumbs.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Should be nicely browned on top.
