Never Fail Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. lard
    2 qt. sifted flour
    1/2 qt. boiling water
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand 1/2 hour.
    Melt lard in boiling water; let cool.
    Sift flour, salt and sugar into a large bowl.
    Make a well in center in which to pour the dissolved yeast, melted lard and water.
    Add last beaten eggs; beat and mix well.
    Let rise 1 hour in warm place.
    Knead a little and make out into rolls.
    Put in a warm place to rise; let rise until double in size.
    It takes about 2 hours.
    Bake in a moderate oven (370\u00b0) until golden brown.
