Strawberry Lime Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries in light syrup, thawed
    1/4 c. lime juice from concentrate
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    In blender combine strawberries and their syrup, 1/2 cup of water, lime juice and sugar; blend well.
    Pour into 8-inch square baking pan; freeze about 1 1/2 hours.
    Transfer mixture to small bowl.
    With electric mixer at medium speed, beat until slushy. Return to freezer, freeze until firm.
    Place in refrigerator 1 hour before serving to soften.
