Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook potatoes in jackets.
Cool, peel and grate using largest hole in grater.
Heat butter and cheese until almost melted. Remove and blend in sour cream.
Fold in potatoes.
Put in 2-quart greased casserole.
Dot with oleo.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
