Layered English Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lettuce
    green peppers
    celery
    purple onions
    English peas (frozen), cooked and cooled
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. artificial sweetener or 1 tsp. sugar
    egg wedges
    grated cheese
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Layer the first five ingredients.
    Combine mayonnaise and sweetener or sugar.
    Cover salad to edges.
    Continue layering with egg wedges and grated cheese.
    Let set overnight.
    Add bacon bits before serving.
