Taco Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can red kidney beans (optional)
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    4 baked potatoes
Preparation
    Cook beef in microwave for 3 minutes.
    Let stand (set) for 1 minute.
    Pour off grease.
    Add taco seasoning mix and 1/2 amount of water required on the package.
    Add beans and cook in microwave for 1 minute.
    Open potatoes; spoon on beef mixture.
    Add lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and sour cream.
    Freeze any left over beef mixture for taco salad or another potato meal.
