Mushroom Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. unsalted butter, divided
1 oz. dried mushrooms, soaked and drained
salt to taste
fresh nutmeg, grated
Preparation

Heat 1 tablespoon butter in skillet and saute mushrooms for 3 minutes. Remove and mince. Add the rest of the butter, salt and nutmeg. If you have a food processor, process until a smooth paste. Makes 1/2 cup.
