Dinner Rolls Or Sweet Rolls Or Loaf Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. warm water
    10 pkg. yeast
    1 c. sugar
    12 eggs
    1 c. shortening
    1/4 c. salt
    4 1/2 qt. + qt. flour
Preparation
    Mix warm
    water,
    sugar
    and yeast in mixer.
    Let yeast begin to dissolve,
    then\tadd eggs, shortening and add 1 quart of flour; mix until smooth.
    Add rest of flour, one quart at a time.\tKnead dough
    until
    satiny smooth.
    Oil down and put in pan until doubled
    in
    bulk,\t1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and cut into rolls or loaf;
    let
    rise in warm place until doubled in bulk.
    Bake in oven
    at
    350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Bread will sound hollow when thumped.
