Carrot-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. finely shredded carrots
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple (with syrup)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl sift together first 7 ingredients.
    Add salad oil, eggs, shredded carrots, crushed pineapple (with syrup) and vanilla.
    Mix until moistened.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed with an electric mixer.
