Easy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 1/2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (original flavor)
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Let cream cheese and Cheddar cheese come to room temperature. Mix cheeses gradually.
    Add dressing mix a little at a time until entire package is used.
    If too sticky, refrigerate or place in freezer 30 to 45 minutes.
    Shape into ball or roll and roll in pecans.
