Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. peanut butter (we use Laura Scudder's)
    3/4 c. nonfat powdered milk
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. honey
    1 c. oats
    1/3 c. sunflower seeds (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (start with a wooden spoon and finish with your hands).
    Roll into balls.
    Place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
    Cover loosely with more waxed paper and place in refrigerator until firm.
