Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c. hot cooked egg noodles
Preparation

In 10-inch skillet over medium to high heat, in 1 tablespoon hot oil.
Cook half of the chicken until browned, stirring often. Remove; set aside.
Repeat with remaining chicken.
Reduce heat to medium.
In same skillet in remaining oil, cook mushroom and onion until tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring often.
Stir in soup, yogurt and water.
Heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve over noodles.
