Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small unpared zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    pinch of garlic powder
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Split zucchini lengthwise and slice (about 3 to 3 1/2 cups).
    Mix all ingredients together and spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
