Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 egg whites or enough to make 1 1/2 c. whites
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1 c. sifted cake flour with 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Beat whites and salt until foamy; then add cream of tartar and finish mixing until stiff.
Add 1 cup sugar and mix well.
Then add cake flour and sugar mixture until thoroughly mixed.
Heat oven at 200\u00b0 until you put cake in, then turn up to 350\u00b0 and let bake about 1 hour.
