Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. peaches, mashed
    3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 lemons, juiced
    1 orange, juiced
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 qt. milk
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine peaches, sugar, lemon and orange juice.
    Let stand at room temperature, 3 to 4 hours.
    Pour mixture into ice cream freezer; add whipping cream, milk and evaporated milk.
    Freeze. Yield:
    1 gallon.
