Cola Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. eye roast
    oil
    salt and pepper
    2 onions, diced
    1 lb. bag carrots, sliced
    1 c. cola
    1/2 bottle chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown all sides of roast in hot oil.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and onions and carrots.
    Stir in cola, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add enough water to mixture to cover approximately 2/3's of the roast with liquid.
    Cover pot and place in a 325\u00b0 oven for 3 to 4 hours.
    Thicken liquid with cornstarch and water mixture.
    Serve with hot mashed potatoes or extra wide egg noodles.
