Jo Jo'S Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    2 c. peeled plum tomatoes, cubed
    1/2 to 3/4 c. white wine
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/8 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
    1/3 to 1/2 lb. rigatoni or ziti
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil.
    Add garlic.
    Cook briefly.
    Add tomatoes.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add wine, salt, pepper, basil and oregano.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Heat 3 tablespoons of oil.
    Add shrimp.
    Cook 1 minute and add red pepper flakes.
