Pineapple-Marshmallow Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. milk
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. diced or crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. butter
small marshmallows

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
Use more milk or fruit juice if needed.
Place in buttered casserole dish and bake until heated through.
Remove from oven and cover top with marshmallows.
Return to oven and brown on top.
