Italian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium-size potatoes
    1/3 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. pared, diced cucumber
    1/2 c. ripe pitted olives
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Prepare and cook potatoes.
    Drain, dice and chill.
    Add diced celery, cucumber, olives and onion.
    Toss together lightly with a fork.
    Blend in Italian dressing.
    Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
