Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cloves or allspice
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. grated carrots (1 lb.)
3/4 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in eggs, oil and carrots.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool.
