Kosher Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cucumbers
1 head fresh dill
1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic
2 to 3 hot peppers
2 qt. water
1 qt. cider vinegar
1 c. noniodized salt
Preparation

Select fresh firm cucumbers, wash and pack into jars.
Add to each quart jar:
dill, garlic and peppers.
Bring to a boil water, vinegar and salt.
Pour hot solution over cucumbers and seal jars. Pickles will be ready in 3 to 4 weeks.
