Goody Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. milk
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 box light brown sugar
2 c. nuts

Preparation

Grease and flour an 11 1/2 x 17 x 2 1/4-inch pan.
Heat 1 stick butter and milk.
Beat eggs in separate bowl; add sugar and beat.
Sift flour and baking powder together and add to mixture gradually.
Beat.
Pour in milk and butter.
Bake 35 minutes at 300\u00b0 or until done.
