Moist Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 mashed ripe bananas
Preparation
    Cream together shortening and sugar and beat well.
    Mix the mashed bananas into the sugar and shortening mixture.
    Add and mix the soda, salt and baking powder, then add flour last.
    Mix well. Pour into a well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pan; cool on rack.
    Wrap and store overnight or eat right away!
