Neiman-Marcus Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 stick butter
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 box confectioners sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Stir cake mix, butter, 2 eggs, vanilla and nuts.
    Press into bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs.
    Pour over cake layer.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
