Boiled Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups potatoes (boiled and mashed)
    1/2 cup flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs lightly beaten
    2 slices bread, cut into cubes
    1 med. sized onion (minced)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, flour, salt and pepper.
    Add eggs.
    Brown bread cubes and onions in margarine, and blend into potato mixture.
