Nancy'S Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. buttermilk
    6 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; let set 20 minutes.
    Mix oil, buttermilk and sugar.
    Sift rest of ingredients.
    Add yeast to buttermilk mixture and then add sifted ingredients to it, mixing well.
    Pour out on floured board and knead for about 20 minutes or until it has an elastic texture.
    Put in large well-greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk.
    Separate into small rolls on greased baking sheets until double in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown, about 20 minutes.
