Fluffy 5 Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, unbeaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in the top of double boiler.
    Beat at speed No. 2 until well mixed, then at speed No. 9 for 4 or 5 minutes or until mixture forms a firm peak.
    Remove and add vanilla.
    Very good for cookies or cakes.
    Add colored coconut or sprinkles for decoration.
