Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef sirloin
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) can boiled, sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    poppy seed noodles
Preparation
    Cut meat; brown in hot oil, then cook onion and garlic until tender.
    Combine remaining ingredients adding to meat.
    Heat through, but do not boil.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
