Chinese Sesame Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into thin strips.
    Mix with soy sauce, oil, garlic and ginger.
    Let sit 15 minutes or refrigerate overnight. Thread onto skewers.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Broil 8 to 10 minutes, turning once.
    Serve over rice with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
    Makes 4 servings.
