Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients with hands.
    Shape loosely into small balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yields 100 balls. Freeze any unused until needed.
