Gavin'S Gorgeous Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 can Comstock cherries or blueberries

Preparation

Combine crumbs, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and 1/4 cup of sugar in a bowl.
Mix well.
Butter a 9-inch spring-form pan and pat the crumb mixture over the bottom and up the sides.
Chill.
