Corn Meal Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine corn meal, flour and salt. Stir in shortening and boiling water. Shape to form 12 balls.
    Roll out and press between wax paper to make 5-inch circles.
    Bake on hot grill.
