Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped pepper
1/4 c. onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 lb. round steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except steak in saucepan.
Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes.
Place steak in large roasting pan. Pour sauce over meat.
Cover tightly and bake in moderate oven (325\u00b0) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender.
