Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts, raisins or dates
    dash of cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
Preparation
    Beat eggs with oil, vanilla, sugar and zucchini.
    Add flour, soda, salt and baking powder.
    Mix well.
    Stir in nuts or raisins. Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center tests done.
