Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cooked zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion, sauteed in 1/2 c. butter
    2 c. seasoned croutons
    1 c. diced chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Trim ends of zucchini and slice in halves lengthwise.
    Boil in salted water until tender (about 4 minutes).
    Mix zucchini and onion and add remaining ingredients.
    Use 1 1/2-quart casserole; use more croutons or bread crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 large servings.
