Easy Russian Ancheenki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 head cabbage, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    soy sauce to taste
    enough bread dough to make 2 loaves
Preparation
    Saute ingredients in water.
    Roll out dough on floured board to 1/4 inch or less.
    Cut circles with large mouth canning ring. Place a tablespoon of cabbage mixture on 1 side of circle.
    Fold over and seal.
    Allow to rise in oven on lowest heat until doubled in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold. Great with soup.
    Makes about 50 Ancheenki.
    Goes with Whole Wheat Bread.
