Ingredients

2 c. or 1 lb. butter
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. 10x sugar
1/2 tsp. flavor salt
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Cream the butter.
Put in the flavoring.
Mix flour, sugar and salt. Rub into butter.
Knead to a paste.
Form into a thick roll and put into refrigerator overnight.
Cut 1/4-inch slices.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
