Potato-Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 green onion, sliced
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until tender; drain.
    Stir in cucumber, pepper, cream, milk and onion.
    Simmer until cucumber is tender.
    Add dill.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
