Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
2 medium onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. raw rice (converted)
Preparation

Brown beef in large skillet and drain off fat.
Place all the ingredients in crock-pot.
Stir thoroughly.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours (on high 3 hours).
Ingredients may be increased by half for a 5-quart model.
